When we separate the cream from our milk, we use it to make sumptuous whipping cream and double cream. We supply more than 116,000 litres every year.

Guernsey Cream

Guernsey Dairy Cream is just pure indulgence.  Our delicious cream is part of the milk processing procedure and is separated off when we process low fat and skimmed milk. The cream is then used to produce our Double and Whipping Cream.

We pack more than 116,000 litres of cream every year.  Our wonderful Guernsey cows give it a unique texture and rich-yellow colour, which is a characteristic of the Guernsey breed.  It is thick, rich and creamy and ideal for enhancing savoury dishes, pouring over puddings or whipping for cakes and bakes.
