There is a delicious new flavour of Guernsey ice cream available in a fridge near you. Summer Fruit Medley is a succulent blend of summer fruits blended with our traditional dairy ice cream made from Guernsey milk and cream.
Dairy General Manager Andrew Tabel says: "We are always looking for new flavours that will go down well with locals and visitors alike. The fashions in the ice cream industry are always changing and many people come back from the holidays with memories of Mediterranean ice cream parlours with dozens of different flavours. We can't do that, but we can try to come up with something that people will like and we feel we have a winner with our Summer Fruits Medley.'
It is available in 100ml and 1 litre packs.
