Guernsey Cheese

We have developed a specially blended milk which is used solely for the production of our delicious range of cheeses. This process ensures our cheeses retain the rich taste and colour found in our milk.

The Dairy produces c. 17,000kg of cheese each year and has achieved success in UK and worldwide cheese shows.

Our mild, mature, extra mature and smoked cheddars are available in retail and catering sizes, and our specialist flavours are available in variable weight sizes up to 1kg.

Limited edition cheeses

We regularly produce small batches of speciality flavoured cheese.  Due to their limited production runs, these tasty varieties are worth seeking out.  They can be found at selected retail outlets on the island.  The range of flavours include, "Garlic and thyme" and "Chilli, garlic and oregano".
